Just something

She walked past the stranger his smile caught her soul,

For she was not seeking but wanting to find a home,

The love she wished for would never arrive,

And had to accept the one she had would never fly,

Her voice within was not loud enough,

But his smile that day let her be heard,

Literally haven’t wrote a poem since i was about 14 and i don’t know – It makes sense to me.

    Sometimes the heart knocks on the brain’s door and you have no choice but to let it in and give it a cup of tea. 🙂 Nice poem – I can’t decide if I think it’s a hopeful poem or a hopeless poem…..It kind of made me happy/sad.
